Our comprehensive dashboard infrastructure that is designed for easy navigation with all components and areas. Only accessible after the onboarding! We have four support areas with which we endeavour to enhance your general support and training experience.

Support:

We offer a top-level support infrastructure that is easy to navigate and includes User Guides, Videos, Training, and a one-day free Induction.  This structure ensures that both local and global support is available as required, and forms part of the Service. From General to Technical, Accounts and Training Support. 

Our 2-month free support:

For new clients, we include user guides and video tutorials. Any fees associated with support plans are paid directly by you to the Heart or Children's Cancer Research Foundation.
