SECURITY POLICY
1. Importance of security
VQ Logic (hereinafter the Company) acknowledges that the security and integrity of Customer’s data as well as the Customer ICT Environment are fundamental to Customers’ operations. The Company also acknowledge that, without limitation, any security breach may directly affect Customers’:

Relationships with their stakeholders and employees; and/or

Compliance with their obligations under their country’s specific Privacy Laws.

The Company further understands Customers’ desire to conduct their operations in a manner that is cognisant of the concerns set out in the main agreement; and that

If there is a conflict between any security requirements in the Agreement, the Company must comply with necessary obligations that impose the highest standards.
2. Security practices
The Company will provide further details about unauthorised access, performance, customer data protection, and other security measures in the Agreement.
3. Security Policy

The Company will perform its obligations under the Agreement in accordance with the agreed Customer Security Policy. The Company will also conduct reviews of its performance and the Policy in this regard, from time-to-time, as and when deemed necessary

The Company will maintain and enforce a security process plan in accordance with the ICT Product and/or Software Security.
