FAQs

Software as a Service (SaaS)

The most frequently asked question is:

1. What does the Software offer

Our unique software focusses on lead generation, expression of interest, pre-tender activities, full-estimation production, and procurement. It also incorporates Timesheets & Cost Time Resources (CTR).

Risk assessment, pre-qualifications, intention-to-tender (ITT), evaluation, and subcontractor/procurement management are all via a stringent award process. VQ Logic also provides cost and performance tracking, comprehensive reporting and full document management/control, revisioning and online editing, and a full compliance process.

2. What is the Support level

Any type of assistance after the onboarding is through our carefully designed support infrastructure.

You won't need to choose VQ Logic if:

1.  Money’s not an issue (Really? Money is a key concern for every project!);

2.  Budgets can be shifted easily (Not as far as higher management is concerned…);

3.  Clients sign contracts that are open-ended and allow for large variations;

4.  Contracts are sieves that are open to great exploration and interpretation;

5.  There are significant margins, so no one really cares about cost overruns (Refer to Point 8);

6.  Others can be blamed for losses and misfires (e.g., “The Tender Department underquoted”, or “The Project Team ran the budget into the ground”);

7.  The entire team knows exactly what to do in any and every hypothesised emergency or evacuation plan (Theoretically possible – practically and realistically proven, maybe BUT bad practice!);

8.  Money is simply allocated and does not ever come out of your own pocket;

9.  You are assured of up to 50% savings – or your entire management cost doesn’t faze the company; and/or

10.  Your current internal IT setup already meets 100% of your requirements.

The brutal truth is that there simply is no valid reason or time not to use VQLogic, except if you can say an absolute “Yes” for Point 10.
